Set-up
Set-up will begin at 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Sunday May 18, 2008
The EXPO will open at 5:30 p.m. Sunday May 18, 2008 for the League's Official Welcome Reception. All booths must be set-up by 5:00 p.m. The roll-up doors at the rear of the facility will be closed and locked at 5:00 p.m.

Welcome Reception
The League's official Welcome Reception will be held in the Exhibit Hall Sunday May 18 at 5:30. The League will host a live band and provide heavy finger foods. The reception will end at 7:00 p.m.

Monday
The Exhibit Hall will open at 10:30 a.m. Monday to host the first coffee break in the expo hall.

Lunch
Lunch will be served at 12:15 and all exhibitors are invited to attend with the officials.

Prizes
Following lunch, prizes will be posted for vendors who participate in the prize announcement. We will post the winner's of your door prize(s) at the front of the exhibit hall for attendees to check on their way to the concurrent session following lunch and during the final coffee break. ALL PRIZE DISTRIBUTION IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE VENDOR!

Breakdown
Vendors may begin break down at 4:00 p.m. after the conclusion of the final coffee break.
