1000 Reasons to Attend the 2012 EXPO
The Alabama League of Municipalities Annual Convention and Expo is scheduled for
May 19 -22 in Birmingham, Alabama. We invite you to register as a vendor and participate with 150+ vendors at the BJCC. Each year the League’s annual convention brings 1,000+ delegates and guests together to discuss common issues affecting Alabama’s municipalities. Our goal is to provide a successful show for you, the vendor, and excellent contacts for our membership. Increase your exposure to the decision makers in Alabama local government by participating. Elected officials face new and old issues requiring fresh ideas, products, and services to solve them. Join us in Birmingham and assure municipal officials your company is surviving and stable in this economy. The schedule offers multiple opportunities for vendors to mingle with officials. Sunday evening opens with a casual reception in the Expo Hall with live music, heavy finger foods and an open bar. The Expo Hall will open Monday morning at 10:30 for a full schedule designed with your business needs in mind.
NEW this year will be Monday’s lunch (2 hours of dedicated time) in the Expo Hall for attendees and vendor representatives who are manning your booth on Monday. Additional vendor lunch tickets may be purchased on site at the Convention Registration Desk.
Available booth space can be viewed via the online floor plan –see where competition is located and view a listing of all registered vendors. In addition, the online floor plan provides active links to vendor websites. Please complete and return the Exhibit Registration Form with payment to the address on the form.
