Fair Campaign Practices Act (FCPA)
ATTENTION: The Secretary of State's office has provided an updated Fair Campaign Practices Act (FCPA) waiver form for candidates who do not meet the threshold reporting requirements under the FCPA. The waiver form is attached. Also, please remember that all public officials are required to file an annual report under the FCPA regardless of whether or not they have met the threshold amounts.
